Bookings can be made via our website, email or telephone.

A 50% deposit fee is required on booking, the remaining balance is due prior to boarding/tour.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Vertigem Azul reserves the right to cancel any tour if necessary for security reasons and/or due to
weather conditions. The client will be fully refunded, with no possibility of indemnity. Whenever possible.

Vertigem Azul will always provide a viable alternative solution.

In case of cancelation by client: 10 days prior to the tour date the total amount paid will be fully refunded;
less than 10 days prior to the tour date, the total amount paid will be retained by Vertigem Azul.

All persons must respect the security regulations on board.

Bookings are confirmed on acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
